This service is carried out in accordance with all Carrier’s requirements and in compliance with Airport Regulations and Air Passenger Rights Chapter.

CFC guarantees the OTP (On Time Performance) with the continues presence of staff on site, in order to take immediate action in case of necessity and contract breach.

CFC ensures that passengers are always fully informed about schedule changes and any other updates. As timely communication is a fundamental strenght of our successful services. Whenever a delay or an inconvinient occurs, CFC is always available to handle and assist our customers (Airlines and passenger).

CFC represents the Carriers, supporting Company standards and reputation. Ensuring all associated baggage fees and ancillary services are handled correctly and professionaly.

CFC actively performs Crew briefings providing advice on operational decisions to be taken with regards to airport operations and contingency planning.

CFC records all service timings and inefficiencies, ensuring the correct assignment for correct and delay codes.

CFC issues financial reports related to invoices that could be disputed due to a service not / or partially provided according to the undersigned SLA or GHA.

ACDM – Airport collaborative decision making

CFC is actively involved as part of ACDM, required by Eurocontrol. The Airport Collaborative Decision Making.
(A-CDM) is an operating procedure set out to improve air traffic management through better standardized information sharing between the airport Management, Airlines and all providers of airport services and air traffic.

Born from the Eurocontrol platform to manage the separation of traffic according to an EOBT as current as possible for all flights departing from European airports. ACDM proves an exceptional tool for Carriers to audit all providers of airport handling services and is beneficial for ensuring the OTP, identify the correct delay codes and improve the quality and punctuality of the services.

In other European airports, Carriers have benfited from the usefulness and assist in the management of ACDM so maintaining the benefits. Unfortunately in Italy Carriers endevour to streamline their work, leaveing management of this supervisory activity to the Handlers. Without understanding that this constitutes a conflict of interest, which allows them to cover shortages and delays.

CFC, as third party company, began ACDM management for some Airlines obtaining surprising results.

Gate setup

CFC also provides additional services such as checkin and gate set-up with company equipment as required.

VIP services

VIP Meet & Greet arrival

Our VIP Meet and Greet service includes an assigned personal assistant who will welcome you right at the arrival gate or terminal entrance and provide assistance throughout your journey.Your guide will manage driver communication and timings for arrival. In addition requiremnts for baggage handlers will also be coordinated.

This service is accessible to passengers flying with any airline and in any class.

  • Meet and Greet at the arrival gate

  • Assistance with luggage (subject to an additional fee based on the quantity)
  • Accompanying to the exit
  • Transfer service from the airport (additional fee)

VIP Meet & Greet departure

Our VIP Meet and Greet service offers a welcoming professional assistant who will meet you at the curbside upon your arrival at the airport.and assist you throughout your journey right up to the departure gate. This service is open to all passengers regardless of the airline or ticket class they are flying with.

Our VIP Meet and Greet service includes a dedicated greeter who will welcome you at either the arrival gate or the terminal entrance and provide continuous assistance right up to the departure gate. This service is accessible for all passengers, regardless of their airline or ticket class.

Lost and found

CFC takes care of the lost baggage procedures, investigating the search and requesting the relevant handler for a timely return to the customer.
